Bucket Elevators
The KMF Bucket Elevators are an essential part of many conveying and storage systems dealing with powdered or granular materials. It uses the bucket to contain powders, particles or small bulk materials, and the elevator the bucket in a vertical and continuous way.
Features of Machine Offered:-
- It is modular machine with complete nut/Bolt Assembly for easy, maintance and workability. We have not used welding.
- Plastic buckers of 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12” sizes are used.
- 3 ply belts are used for bucket elevator.
- All material will be powder coated in ms elevators. We also make elevators in G.I. and S.S Bodies as per customer requirement.
- The dust in the elevators is aspirated to prevent dust pollution in the mill.
- Pulleys are designed such that to keep the belts aligned.
